Baronsmede Family Homes
Baronsmede Family Homes was set up in December 1985 in order to provide services for adults with learning disabilities. We aim to provide a homely environment which allows individuals freedom of choice and control over their own lives, with support where appropriate. Services are provided in consultation with the people living in the settings, and are designed to meet individual needs.

A full programme of day activities…
We have two care homes – “Baronsmede” and “The Old Haybarn” – and one home for supported living, “Little Acorns” – a four bedroom property providing accommodation for adults in a supported living situation.
We also have our own day centre – The Barn Centre – where we provide a full programme of day activities.
